Supreme Court Rule 22(i) governs the Workers' Compensation Commission division of the Appellate Court. A five-judge panel, composed of one judge from each district of the Appellate Court, sits as the Workers' Compensation Commission division. The Workers' Compensation Commission Division convenes primarily in Chicago or Springfield and hears cases appealed from throughout the State.
