Illinois Judges Receive Recognition and Awards

Illinois judges are increasingly being recognized for their dedicated work in courtrooms throughout the state. Here are some of the recent honors received by Illinois judges:

• Cook County Circuit Judge Pamela E. Loza will be honored on April 22, 2021, as a recipient of the Professional Achievement Award from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law at their 42nd Annual Alumni Awards Celebration.

• 17th Circuit Court Judge Gwyn Gulley was honored this month as one of WREX-13’s 13 Heroes, which recognizes women in the Rockford area over the final 13 days of March and Women's History Month who are “making the world a better place”.
