The Plan details principles, initiatives, and activities for ensuring meaningful access to the Courts. The plan builds on the existing work of the Commission and the growing statewide momentum towards enhancing access to justice and improving the court user experience.A special thanks to the Commission's Strategic Planning Committee, chaired by Jennifer Nijman, for their advice and guidance in drafting this Plan.
