Justice Holder White speaks at U. of I. Law, receives award for legal accomplishments | State of Illinois Office of the Illinois Courts

On August 17, Justice Lisa Holder White was at the University of Illinois College of Law in Urbana-Champaign, her alma mater, where she spoke to the incoming class, offering perspectives from the bench. Following her remarks, she administered the Professionalism Pledge to the incoming class.

On August 19, Justice Holder White spoke on women in the law at the Women’s Bar Foundation’s Rise Up and Reach Back Luncheon. The Foundation also honored her with an award recognizing her accomplishments in the legal field.
