Illinois judges are increasingly being recognized for their dedicated work in courtrooms throughout the state. Here are some of the recent honors received by Illinois judges:
- 11th Circuit Judge Amy McFarland was honored on October 21, 2021, by the McLean County YWCA as a 2021 Women of Distinction and the Mission Impact Award winner for outstanding contributions in her field. The Mission Impact Award “honors a woman for her academic/career achievements, community service, advocacy, and commitment to the YWCA Mission of eliminating racism and empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.”
