The Illinois Judicial College became a licensee of the NCSC Institute for Court Management (ICM) Certified Court Manager curriculum. Court staff were nominated by Chief Circuit Judges. The ICM curriculum offered six, 16.25-hour courses culminating in a Certification Ceremony at the Illinois Supreme Court building on May 23,, 2025. Justice Lisa Holder White, Supreme Court Judicial College Board Liaison, Judge Lisa Wilson, Judicial College Board Chair and Margaret Allen Hoyt, of ICM provided remarks and awarded certificates from the Illinois Judicial College and the NCSC ICM.
