The Illinois Supreme Court recently updated the Policy on Portable Electronic Devices. Paragraph (c)(1) was amended to add “smart eyewear” to the list of Portable Electronic Devices. Additional Judicial Branch Polices & Standards are available on the Illinois Courts website.
