Crull appointed as Associate Judge in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit | State of Illinois Office of the Illinois Courts

Marcia M. Meis, Director of the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts, announced today that the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit judges voted to select Russell A. Crull as an associate judge of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit.

Mr. Crull received his undergraduate degree in 2009 from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois and his Juris Doctor in 2013 from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois. Mr. Crull is currently affiliated with Tess, Crull & Arnquist, LLC in Rochelle, Illinois.
