Illinois judges are increasingly being recognized for their dedicated work in courtrooms throughout the state. Here are some of the recent honors received by Illinois judges:
Cook County Circuit Judge Catherine A. Schneider will be honored on July 29, 2022, by the Chicago Bar Association and Chicago Bar Foundation as a recipient of the Justice Thomas L. Kilbride Public Service Award at their 2022 Pro Bono & Public Service Awards Luncheon. Established in 2021, the Kilbride Public Service Award allows the recipient to designate a special CBF grant to the legal aid or public interest law organization of their choice.
