Digital Recording
For certain cases, live court reporters are always used. When live reporters are not required, the digital recording system is used. The integration of the digital recording system and the county's public address and video arraignment systems can be challenging because different vendors must be used for each system.

E-filing Kiosk
The circuit clerk's office provides a computer in its file viewing room that can be used for e-filing by attorneys and the public.

Self-Help Center
The legal self-help center is located on the first floor of the courthouse, off the main lobby. A retired attorney navigator is in the help center 9-12 and 1-4:30 on Mondays and Wednesdays, and from 9-1:00 on Fridays. On most Tuesdays and Thursdays the room is staffed by a JusticeCorps fellow or member. As a social distancing measure, patrons are encouraged to schedule appointments to visit the help center at this time. There is no stand-alone website for the help center.
