Self-Help Center The center is located in the basement of the Knox County Courthouse. It is staffed by a Fellow from JusticeCorps. At times, may also have volunteers who are students at Knox College.
Waiting Room The room is on the second floor of the Knox County Courthouse. It is connected to the big jury courtroom.
