First District Policies on Access for Persons with Disabilities | State of Illinois Office of the Illinois Courts

The Illinois Appellate Court, First District, Policy on Access for Persons with Disabilities allows individuals with disabilities to make confidential requests for accommodations, auxiliary aids and services to ensure equal access to Appellate Court proceedings and programs. Note that this Policy only applies to the Illinois Appellate Court, First District and does not apply to any other court.
