Certificate of Admission to the Roll of Attorneys Licensed to Practice Law in Illinois and of Good Standing
To obtain a certificate of admission/good standing from the Supreme Court of Illinois, send a written request with your full name, attorney registration number, date of admission and a $1.OO fee for each certificate (a check for the total amount of certificates being requested should be made payable to the "Clerk of the Supreme Court"), to the Clerk of the Supreme Court, Supreme Court Building, 200 East Capitol, Springfield, Illinois 62701-1721. Your address and phone number (either home or business) should also appear on the written request, together with the name and address of any entity or third party you may wish to have the certificate of admission/good standing sent to, if applicable.
Requests to send the certificate of admission/good standing via FedEx or UPS must include an envelope and airbill addressed from yourself to the entity or individual where the certificate of admission/good standing should be sent (the Clerk's name and address should not appear on a return airbill).
