Illinois Court Improvement Program (CIP)


The Illinois Court Improvement Program (CIP) is a federally funded program with the goal of ensuring safety and stability for children and families involved in child abuse, neglect, and dependency (child protection) court proceedings, and addressing the court response to child protection cases. CIP funding requests must relate to child protection issues and fall within the CIP funding priorities outlined in the attached funding announcement.

Instructions for using above forms

The Illinois CIP forms are available in PDF format.

To fill out online, open the form in Adobe Reader by clicking on the link. Next go to, File > Save As and save the form to your computer. Set the cursor to the Hand Tool, and use the tab key or mouse to navigate through the form. Once completed, save, attach and email to the contact below.
